1. 40 Block Project.  NHSSN is a partner with the City of North Las Vegas in targeting time and resources to the North Valley (formerly know as the 40 Block) and College Park neighborhoods.  The program objective of the 40 Block Project / College Park Acquisition-Rehab-Resale Program is to purchase homes within the targeted area; rehabilitate the homes to Housing Quality Standards (HQS); and resell the home to an eligible low-income (80%AMI or below) resident.  The goal is to promote community reinvestment and redevelopment as well as increase homeownership in these communities.
